Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and flexible assembler on behalf of our client.

We are seeking a furniture assembler who enjoys varied workdays and likes to take responsibility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with both practical assembly work and responsibility for smaller teams. This position is a direct recruitment where you will become an important part of our client's operations.

As an assembler, you will work on assembly assignments at the customer's location, where you will also drive the company's vehicle. The job involves a lot of customer contact and requires a social and service-oriented attitude, while you should also enjoy working independently and managing longer drives between assignments.

In some projects, you will take on the role of project leader, where you are responsible for leading and distributing work for up to four assemblers during ongoing assembly. Therefore, it is important that you have presence and are comfortable taking responsibility and making quick decisions.

When you are not out on assembly, you will work at the company's warehouse in Stigamo, where you will handle materials and prepare for upcoming assignments. The role is flexible, and no day is like the other.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Performing assembly assignments at the customer's location.
• Driving the company's vehicle.
• Leading and being responsible for smaller teams as needed.
• Warehouse work and preparations when you are not out on assembly.
• Handling tools and materials in a structured and efficient manner.

Working hours:

Basic hours 7–16, but varies depending on travel time and projects.

Overnight stays:

About 1 night per month in connection with longer assignments.

Your profile

Since the work will take place in different locations and you will work closely with your team members, we place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys working in a group with others.

We would like you to have one of the following:

• Handy and experienced in assembly.
• Detail-oriented and accustomed to working with details to ensure high quality.
• Familiar with tools.
• Experienced in reading blueprints and ensuring correct placement of materials.
• Has a B driver's license for manual vehicles.
• Fluent in Swedish in both writing and speaking.
• Has a clean criminal record. A criminal record extract may be required if you proceed in the process.
